Fees & Credits
Fees are collected at the beginning of every school year. Fees are required to cover the costs of Clinicians, office costs and supplies, end of the year dry cleaning and repairs and maintenance of the uniforms and instruments. Any questions about fees can be directed to:

Communications
As the schedule and requirements are constantly a moving target, we must be able to inform parents and band members of what is happening quickly. Our main notification process is by E-mail and handouts at the band camps and rehearsals. If you do not have E-mail please inform our Communications Coordinator and alternate arrangements can be made.

Chaperones
Chaperones are a very important part of our program as well as a great opportunity to see your child in action and see how much work they actually put into this program. Chaperones are required for Wednesday evening practices, Saturday band camps and all performances and camps away from the school. There is very little work involved for most events and you need no special skills. It is just mainly to be there if needed. All families are required to supply one chaperone for at least 2 events each year and more if possible. Sign up sheets are available at the first few band camps of the year or you may volunteer by contacting:
