Show: Ascension

The band’s 2002 field show production was entitled “Ascension”. The show depicted the journey of a hero through his death on a battlefield through the ascension of his soul to heaven. The music of Robert W. Smith's "Divine Comedy Suite" was chosen for the staging of this epic journey. Music was arranged by Mr. Elmer Riegel. "Ascension" was awarded a Gold prize at the 2002 Calgary Stampede Competition for Marching Show Bands.
